‘A hidden gem’, ‘quirky’, ‘a fresh and modern décor with the right touch of old Arabic’, are just some of the positive guest reviews that have taken Southern Sun Al Manzil Hotel to the top of TripAdvisor’s Popularity Index – making it the Most Popular Hotel in Dubai, just three short years since it first opened its doors to guests in the emirate’s highly competitive hospitality market.
The popular tourist website, which measures overall traveller satisfaction based on ratings, reviews and other sources, ranked Al Manzil Hotel at the top of a list of 370 hotels in Dubai – a significant and impressive result being the only four-star hotel to feature in the Popularity Index’s top 10 properties. The hotel was also voted the Top Business Hotel in Dubai in the TripAdvisor Business Popularity Index 2009, a position it continues to occupy.
