six of the most famous football icons introducing pepsi's new vision in its latest tv commercial

In the efforts to enhance the vitality of its products, and introduce it in a creatively way that reflects the excitement and the wonderful taste at the same time, Pepsico International Company introduced lately its new commercial that carries a different and wonderful vision of the unique PEPSI-Cola soft drink in various television channels and the Arab-wide and globally.

"The new Pepsi TV commercial aims to attract largest audiences to Pepsi-cola soft drink, and for that purpose we have selected the most prominent football stars who proved their excellence at all international events and within their countries' tournaments. The six players, Thierry Henry, France team star, Cesc Fabregas, the Spanish team star, David Beckham and Frank Lampard the English team stars, Ronaldinho, the Brazilian team star and Lionel Messi, Argentina star. All of them perform wonderful roles in the most recent advertising commercial for PEPSI under the title "Shuffle"". Said Ken Newel GCC General Manger for PepsiCo International.

“Shuffle” gives us a glimpse into the imagination of six young footballers as their dreams come alive and they embark upon a remarkable game of football with the ability to transform their identity to take on skills and attributes to help them win the game. Viewers should prepare to be dazzled as fantasy and reality combine as a cowboy, astronaut and sumo wrestler, amongst others, make appearances alongside the Pepsi football superstars in their most surprising game to date.

The commercial opens with the young footballers running through a railway station to catch a train, stopping quickly to grab a Pepsi. One of the six young players reaches for a can of Pepsi only to discover there are only three cans left so they decide to play for them. It’s blue T shirts v’s white T shirts as they line up on the concourse.

As the game kicks off the players can’t believe their eyes, as with the help of amazing visual effects, the first player in blue starts morphing through various exciting identities. A clown, kick-boxer, juggler and a ninja flash across our screens, all of whom have skills to help the player in his quest to get the ball, but as the shuffle effect comes to an end, it is none other than Brazilian ace, Ronaldinho who is most qualified for the role. The amusing antics continue as each of the young footballers transform into an incredible array of characters that help them take control of the game.

If retrieving the ball from one of Messi’s supersonic kicks is your task, then a pilot, an astronaut or Thierry Henry should boost your chances. Alternatively, if you need to stop a phenomenal charge from the quick skilled Fabregas, then a sprinter, a superhero or Frank Lampard should stop him in his tracks.  Even preventing global football icon, David Beckham, from scoring a goal should be possible when you have the ability to take on any identity you wish in order to block the Englishman’s infamous free kick.

Witness the unfolding drama as this phenomenal commercial comes to a surprising conclusion, for when the players have the ability to change their identity in order to win the game, anything is possible. The ‘shuffle’ effect finally ends as we hear a whistle blow and the young players are rapidly brought back to reality as quickly as they left it.

"We are confident that the new commercial innovated by the marketing team at PepsiCo International will reach significant and widespread popularity among youth, who admires soccer as it is the most popular sport in GCC." concludes Mr. Newel
