Lt. General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed, Abu Dhabi Deputy Crown Prince and Armed Forces Chief of Staff, Thursday gave tribute to doctors, Pat and Marian Kennedy, who devoted their medical knowledge for the sake of the UAE people during early days of the UAE history.
According to WAM, Sheikh Mohammed made his remarks while inaugurating Sheikh Zayed Majlis at the Oasis Hospital, previously known as Kennedy Hospital, which was run by Pat and Marian Kennedy. Sheikh Mohammed, who was himself born in the hospital while it was still run by the Kennedy family, said that without the presence of these two doctors a great percentage of UAE children would not have survived.
