The Egyptian-hosted Sharm el-Shiekh summit opened Monday after about two hours of delay.
Egypt’s Television featured Palestinian President Yasser Arafat, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, Egypt’s President Hosni Mubarak, US President Bill Clinton, UN Chief Kofi Annan, EU Chief Javier Solana and Jordan’s King Abdullah.
