Dabaghi will establish a Middle East base office in Dubai Media City, United Arab Emirates. This announcement closely follows UAE integrated telecom service provider du’s IPTV video-on-demand service launch, which is fully managed by On Demand Group.
As General Manger, Middle East, On Demand Group, Dabaghi will help operators expand their on-demand content offerings and consumer marketing capabilities, as well as develop new customers and support regionally-based technology and distribution partners for SeaChange Companies. Prior to leading Middle East sales and bid operations with Motorola Home & Networks Mobility, Dabaghi was a senior manager of telco solutions sales for SITA (Société Internationale de Télécommunications). He also held Middle East telco development and sales positions with AT&T, Lucent and Nortel.
