Sayad Chef de Cuisine Andrew Mc Gie said he was determined to keep the high profile standing of Sayad as the favourite meeting and dining venue for hotel guests from politicians, sportsman,
movies stars, singers and other celebrities who stay or dine in the opulent hotel either for relaxed luxury vacationing or on business.
''Sayad offers a wonderful savoring blend of appeal and excitement in terms of the diversified, delicious menu, high class service and exotic ocean-derived ambience,'' said the young Australian chef.
