Moscow is certain that all questions over Tehran's nuclear plans can and must be dealt with through Iran's cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Yakovenko said, according to ITAR-TASS. Yakovenko expressed hope that the discussion would be businesslike and productive.
