Adorers of water sport in Saudi Arabia will witness in Jeddah the biggest Saudi jet ski championship on Friday May 22nd Under the auspices of Saudi Arabian Maritime Sports Federation and the collaboration of Al Furusya Marina & Yacht Club in Jeddah with more than 50 Saudi contestants.
Launching the championship from a unique location like Al Furusya Marina & Yacht Club on Corniche Al-Hamra in Jeddah, will enable the audience along the nearby sandy beach, to enjoy closely the jet ski racing.
Red Bull Wave Breakers will include three categories:
1st Category – Seated (Runabout Stock up to 1600 C.C.)
2nd Category – Seated (Pro-runabout stock up to 1600 C.C.)
3rd Category – Stand-up (Ski up to 900 C.C.)
The race concept will be based on Knockout system in all 3 categories. Last of every lap will be eliminated, to pave the way for only one champion in each category. In addition of the championship cup, each champ will be awarded an intensive training courses in jet ski. The courses will be supervised by experts and renowned champions of this sport.
Moreover, training courses for contestants and acrobatic show by jet ski champions, will take place on the margin of the championship.
