Israeli security guards shot a Palestinian man on Monday in Jerusalem after he attempted to stab passers-by at a light rail station near French Hill, police said.
The 35-year-old man was shot in the legs at the Givat Hamivtar station and taken for treatment at the Hadassah hospital, Israeli media reported.
No other injuries were reported, police said.
