A statement made by Bustami & Saheb Trading Co. LTD’s CEO, Mr. Emad Bustami regarding the annual employee meeting which the Company held at the Holiday Inn, on February 26, 2009, as part of its strategy which focuses on reinforcing the relationship with employees, encourages work efficiency, and assists employees in enhancing skills and self competence. In addition, the strategy emphasizes on elevating team spirit in the different departments and esprit de corps on a corporate level. It is worth mentioning that this meeting is one of a series which the Company is so keen to hold on regular basis.
The event was initiated with a speech given by Bustami & Saheb Trading Co. LTD’s CEO, Mr. Emad Bustami, in which he focused on the 2008 achievements, and discussed the significant steps required to maintain the continuous growth attained by Nissan, thanks to the creative offers that were presented to customers during that year. Bustami went on with the speech, thanking the employees for their outstanding performance and cooperation which lead Nissan to shine, and to be positioned as a key player amongst the largest companies. The Company’s strategic plan for 2009, which aims at developing and enhancing both quality and value of the services offered to the customers at the highest global levels possible, was reviewed as well.
The proceedings of this event included several presentations by the Company’s departments (sales, marketing, post-sales, technology and finance), lunch, and the announcement of the employees who earned the title of “employee of the year” for 2008.
