GAC, the world’s leading shipping, logistics and marine services company has announced the appointment of Captain Robert Olsson as the Marine Representative at GAC Logistica do Brasil Ltda. Based in Rio de Janeiro, he will be responsible for supporting and driving the growth of its shipping, marine and oil & gas services in Brazil.

Prior to this new appointment, Captain Olsson was the General Manager for GAC Shipping (USA) Inc based in Philadelphia and in charge of nationwide port agency operations in North America. He brings more than a decade of shipping and maritime industry experience where he was exposed to diverse aspects from maritime operations in ship supplies, car carrier, cruise and oil & gas sector.
