In a recent interview, newly wed Lebanese songstress Najwa Karam has announced that her US tour will begin on September 15.
Speaking to ‘Al Sharq AL Awsat’ newspaper in London, the songstress clarified that her husband, Youssef Harb and her brother Nicola will both accompany her on this trip.
The trip marks a great moment of unity for the family, ever since Karam eloped with her program manager, Harb.
The tour will include more than 15 US states, said the daily newspaper, adding that the songstress will not be able to rest for a long time afterwards, because of her various scheduled concerts.
Furthermore, following her upcoming tour, Karam is scheduled to begin recording for her new album, which will be released sometime in May 2001.
The singer is currently meeting with various poets and musicians, including Wissam El Amir, in order to compile her new album - Albawaba.com
