The Moroccan minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation, Mohamed Benaissa arrived in Cairo Saturday evening. He carried a personal message from King Mohammed VI for Egyptian President Hosni Moubarak.

Moroccan and Egypt signed a cooperative agreement about two weeks ago and this visit is a follow-up to implement some of the understandings. Benaissa is meeting personally with Mubarak as well as leading figures in Egyptian commercial society.

Benaissa travelled via Tunis where he met newly re-elected Tunisian President, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali. (albawaba.com)
