Etihad Etisalat launched two new Internet connectivity packages on Monday.
Customers will get a high-spec HP notebook with genuine Windows 7, a Connect USB modem and a data SIM card, with two connectivity options: they can either pay SAR 4,200 for year-long, unlimited Internet connectivity, or SAR 2,300 for a six-month subscription and a 5-gigabyte monthly data cap.

The notebook, and HP Mini, features a 10.1-inch screen with built-in camera. The processor is an Intel Atom with a clock speed of 1.66 gigahertz, a cache of 512 kilobytes and a bus speed of 533 megahertz. There is also a 320-gigabyte hard disk, WLAN and Bluetooth, running on Windows 7 Starter Edition.

Customers have a choice of three colours for their notebooks: white, black and pink.
Industry reports agree that Mobily is the Kingdom’s mobile broadband leader. The company enjoys the Kingdom’s most advanced, best developed infrastructure, and its 3.5G network is accessible to 80% of the Kingdom’s population, even in many remote areas. The company has more than one million broadband internet users.
