Sandra Rizk of Koura took home the coveted title of Miss Lebanon 2000, Friday, at the Casino du Liban, the Daily Star reported Saturday.
The 18-year-old plans to study communication arts at Universite Notre Dame, the paper said.
The 1st runner-up was Natalie Maamary, 18, of Achrafieh, who wants to study public relations at the Lebanese American University, the daily added.
The 2nd runner-up was Maya Mroue, 18, of Sidon, who is studying psychology. The prestigious competition was held under the patronage of Tourism Minister Arthur Nazarian, the newspaper reported - Albawaba.com
