Leading Furniture Store in Jordan, Midas recently conducted a training program for its operations and warehousing staff focusing on customer service skills. The one-day program was held at the Sadeen Hotel in Khalda in cooperation with Business Solutions with an aim to raise the standards of customer services at Midas based on international standards.
The training course features a series of topics focusing on the roles and responsibilities of both executives and staff in operation and warehousing when delivering the furniture to the customers, in addition to setting new standards in servicing customers, meeting their needs both efficiently and effectively. The training program aimed at identifying the ideal qualities of a customer services representative and the means and methods for customer satisfaction. In addition to that, the training also included a series of practical training exercises focusing on problem solving and the challenges that face operations and warehousing staff during delivery to customers.
