In its fifth day in the Dubai suburb of Al Aweer, the 'Me & My Family' mobile inflatable tent continues to attract children of all ages and their families to afternoons of fun, laughter and excitement. 'Me & My Family', an initiative under the direct supervision of Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aims to provide a unique opportunity for family members to come together and enjoy a variety of free recreational, sports and edutainment activities during the summer holiday.

The tent is currently stationed in Al Aweer and will be there until the 27th of June after which it will travel to four remote areas across Dubai, including Hatta, Al Hebab and Al Lisaily, for 15 days per each location. The fully equipped tent can accommodate up to 250 visitors at a time, and will be opened from 5pm to 11pm every day.

Inside the tent, guests will find various corners to entertain the whole family, engage in physical activity and interact with children of all ages, a main objective of the Me & My Family initiative. For example, children will have the choice of 'The Games Corner', which includes activities such as slides, sports, skills games and bouncy castles; 'The Stage Corner' which offers younger children a mix of magic, cartoon and puppet shows; and the 'The Arts Corner' where kids can enjoy face painting, sand painting, colouring and clay workshops.

'Me and My Family' is organized in cooperation with Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) and Dubai Municipality as strategic partners, and with the support of Dubai Civil Defence Department, Dubai Ambulance Services and Dubai Police.
