MCN Media, the media buying and planning arm of Middle East Communications Network (MCN) bagged three Cristal’s at the 2009 MENA Cristal Awards held in Mzaar, Lebanon.

The glittering award ceremony held on Tuesday, 27th January, saw MCN Media walk away with three MENA Cristals and a bronze plaque in recognition of its innovative online campaign.

MCN Media’s wins include; Initiative Lebanon winning the Consumer Products category, Magna Algeria - the Beauty Products category and UM, UAE - the Launch Product category. Initiative UAE won the Plaque for Bronze in the Category by Target (Men).

“Innovation is at the heart of what we do,” said a jubilant Oussama Jamal, COO, MCN Media. “The fact that our offices in Algeria and Lebanon have bagged awards along with Dubai just reinforces the strength of our regional network and the quality of the work we consistently deliver across the region.”

MCN Media’s success at the MENA Cristal is largely attributed to the team work and dedication of the people. “We are a result driven network, our focus is on recommending and executing campaigns that are innovative, push the boundaries and mostly importantly connect with our target audiences,” added Jamal.

MCN Media is the media buying and planning arm of the Middle East Communications Network. It oversees the operations of UM, Initiative and Magna across 13 countries and 14 offices. Headquartered in Dubai, UAE, MCN Media controls 25 % of the media spending in the MENA region.
