This fully transactional service allows Mashreq customers to check their accounts, make payments and transfer funds anywhere in the world through their mobile phones at anytime, from anywhere.
This fully transactional mobile banking application supports the majority of phone devices including smartphones such as, BlackBerry, iPhone and iPad. In addition to applications being available in Arabic and English, which includes recharging Etisalat and other bill payments, Mashreq customers now also have the option to recharge du and Salik accounts through its safe, secure and customer friendly interface.

Through this, customers are allowed greater ease and convenience in accessing their accounts through mobile phones including any GPRS / 3G / Wireless (Wi-Fi) network. They can check their accounts as well as make utility bill payments, Mashreq Credit Card payments and transfer funds instantly, anytime and from anywhere. Highly advanced security features have been built-in to ensure customers have a stress-free banking experience.
Customers have the widest choice to transact over-the-counter at our 55 branch locations, online, through the phone or from just about anywhere to make payments and transfers via the mobile in the language of their preference.
Signing up for Mashreq Mobile Banking is simple and straightforward. All that is required is an active Mashreq account or Credit Card and a mobile phone (iPhone, Blackberry or a standard java enabled smart phone) with an ‘Etisalat’ or ‘du’ subscription. Users will be able to register for the service through MashreqOnline or by calling Mashreq’s Call Center. The new iPhone application is available free on Apple App Store. To activate, customers are required to sign on to MashreqOnline or call the Call Center on +971 4 4244444. Once installed and activated, the customer is ready to use the Mobile Banking service, completely free of charge from the bank. The only cost is the normal call cost by the network operators.
