A suspected "would-be suicide bomber" was arrested near the U.S. Embassy in Awkar, Beirut Wednesday, The AP quoted unnamed Lebanese security officials as saying. The man was carrying explosives with the apparent aim of blowing himself up inside the embassy, the officials said.
