If you haven’t managed to bag a ticket to South Africa to witness this season’s most eagerly awaited rugby series, Nezesaussi Grill & Bar is offering a fantastic opportunity to soak in some live sporting atmosphere with Lions and Springbok legends before the Lions Tour of South Africa 2009 draws to a close. On July 3, rugby greats Gregor Townsend and Andre Snyman will join the patrons of Al Manzil Hotel’s lively sports bar for lunch, a day before the sportsmen’s former teams clash at the final test in Johannesburg.
The lunchtime appearance is the last of a series of highly successful rugby afternoons hosted by Nezesaussi Grill & Bar in June, that saw fans and staff interact with former Big Cats and Springbok stars such as Malcolm O’ Kelly, Jeremy Davidson, Werner Swanepoel and Stefan Terblanche – enjoying the lively banter of the former arch rivals and posing for pictures with their favourite stars.
