PILOTS STRIKE SUSPENDED
Special Flight Schedule remains operational today

Lufthansa confirms that the strike of the German pilots' union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) is suspended. The parties agreed to return to the negotiating table in order to resolve the conflict. Presently, the airline's Special Flight Schedule implemented to minimize negative effects to its passengers by the pilots' strike, will continue to be the basis for flight operations on Tuesday, February 23rd. Starting on Wednesday, February 24th, Lufthansa will gradually return to its normal flight schedule. Returning to normal operations completely will take a few days. The special flight schedule can be accessed at www.lufthansa.com.

We ask our customers to continue to check for the status of their flights online on www.lufthansa.com during the next few days. We continuously update the 'Special Timetable' published. Lufthansa updates its Special Timetable with flights confirmed to operate. It lists all flights which should be operating according to the current planning.
