Leading Dubai based international bank, Lloyds TSB, has strengthened its mortgage teams and appointed Alan Jones as Mortgage Intermediary Manager for local mortgage services and Gary Hillali as Regional Manager for its International Mortgage Service for overseas properties
Alan relocated to Dubai from the Isle of Man where he worked in the International Mortgage department of Northern Bank (Natwest). Alan works with the local mortgage team and is responsible for all mortgage intermediaries who deal with Dubai residents who are buying properties in Dubai.
Gary brings with him over 18 years experience in sales and marketing, including 14 years in banking business development roles and has worked in Australia, UAE and the UK. Gary is responsible for all mortgage intermediaries who deal with Dubai residents who wish to buy properties outside of Dubai and all non residents of Dubai who wish to buy Dubai properties.
Lloyds TSB Dubai has been offering market leading local mortgage products for projects by all major developers in Dubai including Emaar, Nakheel, Union Properties and Dubai Properties (Jumeirah Beach Residence). This service has also been expanded to offer mortgages to UAE non-residents for Dubai properties.
