The Director of the Council for the Advancement of Arab-British Understanding (CAABU) is scheduled to deliver a lecture at the Zayed Center for Coordination and Follow-up on Wednesday, according to Gulf News.
The lecture entitled The United Kingdom and the Arab countries, will aim at enriching British-Arab understanding and shed some light on various Arab issues in Britain, said the Zayed Center.
Before joining CAABU in 1995, Sir Cyril Townsend was a conservative member of the House of Commons for 23 years. He developed a comprehensive knowledge of foreign affairs and defense matters. (Albawaba.com)
