ALBAWABA- A stabbing attack at the Ratina Shopping Center in the southern Finnish city of Tampere left multiple people injured on Thursday afternoon, according to local authorities.
The incident unfolded around 4:30 PM local time following a reported dispute. Emergency services rushed to the scene, where several victims were given first aid.
Police cordoned off the area and arrested a 20-year-old male suspect near the site of the attack.
In a statement, Finnish police confirmed that the situation was under control and no longer posed a threat to the public. Investigations are ongoing to determine the motive behind the attack.
