Kempinski Mall of the Emirates added another feather to its cap last week when it was hailed as the Middle East and North Africa’s Best New 5-Star Hotel as well as the Best Tourism Project at the 2007 MENA Travel Awards.
Receiving awards in the most highly coveted categories, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, which opened in mid 2006, has reinforced its position as one of the most exciting tourism destinations in the region.

The Technical Director of Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Mr. Shaad Heerah has been an integral figure in the development of the Hotel, overseeing the progress of the entire property since its inception. “It was really fun developing Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates due to the innovative and unusual features the hotel has especially the ski chalets. Throughout this process the one thing we had in mind is to create a truly memorable experience for guests, and so we are extremely happy to receive the Best Tourism Project Award in recognition of our efforts.”
In addition to its platinum awards, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates also received a silver award in the Best Spa category for the stunning new K-Wellness Spa, featuring the Softouch Ayurveda Center and exclusive Ligne St. Barth treatments.
