Israeli warplanes carried out several strikes over the Gaza Strip on Wednesday night and Thursday morning, firing missiles at different targets and causing damage, according to the Palestinian news agency, WAFA.
No casualties or injuries were reported.
"Israeli artillery also joined in the attack, firing shells at locations in the south of the Gaza Strip, also without causing any injuries," added WAFA.
The strikes came as retaliation after attacks on Israel were fired from Palestinian territory on Wednesday, according to Times of Israel. No casualties were reported.
