Jerusalem Police arrested a young Jewish settler from Hebron on Sunday on suspicion of threatening to kill Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.
The 22-year old man was arrested while participating in a demonstration outside the Prime Minister's Jerusalem residence, Israel Radio reported.
The man was part of a group of settler protesters who had tried to hang placards on Prime Minister's Sharon's residence.
When security guards asked the protesters to disperse, a scuffle broke out at which time one of the protesters shouted his threat on Sharon's life, the Radio said.
According to the report, the young man told Israeli security officials that Prime Minister Sharon "murdered my neighbor and my friend and I have no problem murdering him". (Albawaba.com)
