ALBAWABA- UN Secretary-General António Guterres denounced Israel's obstruction of humanitarian aid into northern Gaza, highlighting that the Hamas attack in October cannot justify collective punishment against Gaza's populace, as reported in Al-Jazeera. 

Martin Griffiths, UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, expressed frustration over Israel's repeated refusal to permit much-needed materials into Gaza, citing unclear, inconsistent, and unspecified reasons. 

Griffiths emphasized the necessity of guaranteeing the right of displaced Gazans to voluntary return, as mandated by international law. 

Additionally, the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs criticized Israel's refusal to allow much-needed aid into Gaza, citing unclear reasons for the obstruction.
