AP reports that Iraq's military command broadcast a warning for Daesh-held Ramadi citizens to leave the city immediately from the southern Himaira area.

On Saturday, the US-led coalition conducted seven airstrikes in the area, targeting Daesh weapons and personnel.

In November when it appeared that the Iraqi army was planning to launch an attack on Ramadi, Daesh threatened to kill any resident who raised a white flag. There were reports that hundreds of families were being held under seige in Ramadi.

Daesh fighters seized Ramadi in May. The US and Iraqi armies, along with Shia militia support, launched an attack on the Anbar province in July, but the main city is still under Daesh control.
