Iraq's Oil Minister Amer Rashid said Thursday he was opposed to any hike in oil production.
"All the facts confirm that the current level of supply responds to the level of demand for this time of year," Rashid said, quoted by the official INA news agency.
"The market is in a balanced situation," said the minister, who is to head Iraq's delegation at the ministerial meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in Vienna on September 10th – BAGHDAD (AFP)
