Iranian Delegation due in Pakistan Tuesday

An Iranian delegation is expected to arrive in Islamabad Tuesday, to meet with Pakistani Foreign Minister Abdus Sattar, reported Dawn online, quoting officials. 

The Iranian team comprises the Secretary to the Iran's Supreme National Security Council and National Security Adviser to the President, Hojjatuleslam Hassan Rohani, accompanied by 

a nine-member delegation, said a Foreign Office Press release issued on Monday.  

Rohani and Sattar will discuss ways and means to further enhance the trade and economic co-operation, said the statement. The Iranian senior official will also meet the President Muhammad Rafiq Tarar and the military leader of Pakistan, General Pervez Musharraf.  

He will also meet ministers of interior and petroleum and natural resources and discuss with them ways to further improve cooperation between the two countries, according to Dawn – Albawaba.com
