Iran's official news agency said the country's foreign minister has no plans to meet with U.S. officials during a security conference this month in Munich, Germany. IRNA's report quoted Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki as saying he and Iranian parliament speaker Ali Larijani will attend the 45th Munich Conference on Security Policy but have no plans to talk to U.S. officials.
U.S. Vice President Joe Biden is also scheduled to attend the conference, which takes place Feb. 6-8, the AP reported.
