Iranian Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi arrived in Athens Wednesday on a two-day official visit following an invitation by his Greek counterpart George Papandreou, reported the Iranian News Agency (IRNA).
Kharrazi and Papandreou will discuss bilateral Greek-Iranian ties, the situation in the Middle East and the Gulf, as well as the developments in the Balkans, said the agency.
The two sides will also discuss other regional and international issues of mutual interest.
IRNA added that foreign ministers of Greece, Iran and Armenia are to meet in Athens on Thursday to discuss trilateral economic and political cooperation – Albawaba.com
