Website to provide latest on UIM F2 World and Continental Powerboat Championships
International F2 powerboat promoter Formula World Sports has introduced its website to provide up-to-date information on the UIM F2 World and Continental Powerboat Championships.
The website – www.f2wc.com - details the calendar of events, venues, teams, drivers, sponsors, and photos and video clips of the championships.
The website launching coincides with the recent announcement of the 2009-2010 season of the UIM F2 World and Continental Powerboat Championships, which is under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Abdul Salam Fairooz, managing director of the Dubai-based promoter, initiated the comprehensive and user-friendly website after meeting with the global management team and technical staff of the UIM F2.
Fairooz indicated that aside from Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah in the UAE, other hosting countries of the championships include Italy, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
The UAE national is the first Arab in the history of the Formula 2 class who has been elected by the Union International Motonautique or U.I.M, the international governing body of powerboating, to promote the series of international races.
The website has been conceptualized and supervised by the design unit of Venture Communications, a leading independent full-service advertising agency based out of Dubai Media City.
The website adopts the new corporate identity also developed and designed by Venture Communications.
