Imseeh Jewelry, the leader in the jewelry sector in Jordan, conducted a press conference announcing the launch of "Shama'a" collection in cooperation with the Jordanian National Commission for Women
Imseeh Jewelry created a full collection under the name of “Shama’a” which means (combating the violence against women in Arabic), where an amount will be deducted from the price of the piece to support Women’s Complaints Office.
Mr. Osama Imseeh the General Manager of Imseeh Jewelry introduced “Shama’a” initiative to the media and explained more about their MoU agreement with The Jordanian National Commission for Women, pointing out the objectives of this agreement.
Mr. Osama Imseeh the General Manager of Imseeh Jewelry said “We believe in the co-operation between private and public sectors to support such initiatives that will have a positive impact on our society, moreover we are always keen to support different initiatives that will benefit the society as this goes in line with our Corporate Social Responsibility that I believe all private sectors should be part in.”
He added “Our participation in supporting this initiative was derived from our belief that women play a major role in building up our society, in addition to our responsibility to work with the public sector to maintain best conditions and stop violence against women.
Her Excellency Mrs. Asma Khader the Secretary General of the Jordanian National Commission for Women appreciated this co-operation that supports the Women’s Complaints Office, which is considered one of the most important initiatives that the commission supports.
This new modern collection of Shama’a pieces were designed to suit all ages and tastes and will be displayed in all Imseeh’s branches.
