ALBAWABA - The International Criminal Court said Tuesday that it had issued arrest warrants for two senior Russian officials for their actions during the Ukraine conflict.
It identified the two as Sergei Ivanovich Kobylash and Viktor Nikolayevich Sokolov, an army lieutenant general and a navy admiral, and stated that the alleged offenses occurred between October 2022 and March 2023.
