An independent monitoring group released a report on Monday that said some bombings carried out by the US-led coalition against Daesh in Iraq and Syria likely have kill hundreds of civilians, the Associated Press reported.

The monitoring group Airwars, which tracks the airstrikes targeting Daesh, says it counted at least 459 suspected civilian deaths in 57 airstrikes supposedly carried out by the coalition in Iraq and Syria over the last year. The group also said the strikes were responsible for at least 48 suspected “friendly fire” deaths.

According to AP, the US has so far acknowledged killing two civilians in airstrikes.

The coalition had no immediate comment on the report.
