His Excellency Prime Minister Inaugurates Madaen Al Nour project “Decent Housing for Decent Living” in King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz City.
(Amman- Jordan 2009) His Excellency Prime Minister Engineer Nader Al Thahabi patronized the inauguration of “Decent Housing for Decent Living” project in King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz City in Zarqa Governate, attended by The Minister of Public Works and Housing Engineer Ala’a Bataineh and number of senior representatives from the private and public sector.
The Chairman and the CEO of Madaen Al Nour. Thanked and welcomed the Prime Minister for this visit to the “Decent Housing for Decent Living” project in King Abdullah Bin Abdu Aziz City.
During this tour, the Prime Minister was updated about Madaen Al Nour plan of implementing almost 2000 housing units in King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz City, according to the agreement with the General Organization for Housing and Urban Development, which includes creating housing units for Jordanian citizens “Decent Housing for Decent Living" initiative.
Mr. Ahmad Armoush, Chairman of Madaen Al Nour Real Estate Investment and Development Co. expressed his appreciation for the Prime Minister support and this visit gave the opportunity to update his Excellency on the latest developments of the project.
He added “We are working continuously to complete the housing units to deliver and apply His Majesty’s vision in providing the most important requirements for living a decent life and enhancing the social and economic security for Jordanian people.
Mr. Kamal Awamleh Member of the board assured that the company is keen to establish the housing units, in line with the objectives of this initiative to build decent housing units for citizens to meet all the required standards of living.
150 housing units were delivered from Madaen Al Shorouq project one of Madaen Al Nour companies and the company will continue to build more housing units to reach almost 2000 units, according to Mr. Armoush.
