Bahare Majd, the Managing Director of Divine Events, said: “We are grateful to H.H. Sheikh Suroor for his patronage, which confirms the status of the Emirates Millionaire Show 2006 as one of the capital’s leading events.
“This format of this event has been a huge success in other parts of the world. With His Highness’ support and the contribution of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce the Emirates Show is rapidly shaping up to be even bigger than its predecessors.
“We have had an incredible response from exhibitors and some of the top names in design, luxury items, and one-off speciality items, such as a diamond studded PC mouse, Lamborghini laptop and even a rocket plane for the ‘super’ super rich. On show will be some of the finest, most exquisite and most expensive items that have ever been created.
“We are taking this opportunity to showcase Abu Dhabi in particular and the region in general as the home of luxury brands. This positioning is more than justified by the level of support we have had from the very best brand names in the world.”
Patronage of the EMS 2006 by HH Sheikh Suroor was announced at an exclusive, invitation only preview attended by the event sponsors such as leading real estate developer Sorouh, Abecon and watches and accessories creators Paolo Bongia.
