Haircare trend-setter, colouring and styling pioneers, MariaDowling, has announced that they will be launching their revolutionary new Spa Detox Hair Treatment at Beautyworld ME 2010 which is the premier trade event for the beauty and wellness industry in the region.
Over 15000 trade visitors and buyers, representing the who’s who of the beauty world are expected to attend the event to be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from June 1st to 3rd. Exhibition organiser Epoc Messe Frankfurt GmbH expects a series of new products and treatment launches aimed at the Middle East market to take place during the event.
Mr Ahmed Pauwels, Chief Executive Officer of Epoc Messe Frankfurt said: “With leading players increasingly planning their new launches around Beautyworld Middle East, it underlines the position of the show as the platform of choice for manufacturers and service
providers to access an exciting marketplace.“
He added: “Being a relatively high-income region, the Middle East represents a significant and growing segment of the global haircare market. The world market for hair care products is expected to be worth AED 152.4 billion (US$ 41.5 billion) by 2012, a growth of 19.6% over five years”.
MariaDowling has been working on the development of the Spa Detox treatment for over a year and initial results have been highly encouraging.
“The key to success is to listen to your clientele and know what they want,” said Maria Dowling. “If you tailor your products to your customer’s needs and provide top quality service, the response is bound to be great. Beautyworld ME is the ideal stage to reach the movers and shakers in the beauty industry in the region and beyond.”
The company will use Beautyworld ME as the launch pad for its range of home amenities and room diffusers, while also scouting for fresh business inquiries for their existing m-styling and spa products. Maria will be conducting user demonstrations of her new Ritual m-styler on the show floor during the event.
The event will feature products and services from leading manufacturers and suppliers across the range of the beauty and wellness industry. In addition, the event will host special features such as Nail It! By OPI – a series of workshops which will include a nail enhancement, manicure and nail art competition for the region’s leading nail technicians - and the Walk of Beauty that features leading hair stylists and makeup artists.
The Beauty Theatre is a dedicated area on the show floor for seminars and workshops, which has proven highly popular in previous years.
