Gartner recognize HP as “Leader” in Enterprise Computing Solutions

HP Middle East today announced that its HP OpenView management software has been listed in the “Leaders” quadrant of industry analyst firm Gartner Inc.’s evaluation of the IT Event Correlation and Analysis market.(1)
According to Gartner, “leaders” are vendors that are performing well today, have a clear vision of market direction and are actively building competencies to sustain their leadership position in the market.
Leaders in the IT Event Correlation and Analysis market are vendors that possess a large and satisfied installed base and have a high degree of visibility within the market. They offer highly scalable, robust applications and have the strategic vision to address evolving enterprise requirements in the areas of mapping and prioritizing events to business impact and optimizing the event-to-incident/problem resolution processes, including integration with service desk tools.(1)
“HP OpenView software enables more efficient use of IT staff by allowing them to focus on resolving the events that affect the highest-impact business services,” said Anas Jwaied, Sales Director, Software Global Business Unit, HP Middle East. “Our solution is based on more than 15 years of experience with customer requirements and management software technology.”
HP OpenView Operations anchors HP’s solution for consolidated event and performance management of heterogeneous enterprise IT environments. The solution offers a service-driven operations approach to support customers’ key business processes, and it includes capabilities to pinpoint problems in complex infrastructures so IT can resolve problems faster. HP’s overall solution also encompasses services provided by the company or its extensive community of experienced partners.
