International corporate consultant and peak performance expert Tom McCarthy wowed Kuwait audiences at a free public seminar on leadership on Sunday night.
More than 400 people attended the event, filling the ballroom at the Holiday Inn Downtown. “The response was extraordinary,” said Khalid Al-Zanki, founder and CEO of Leaders Enterprises, the organization that is hosting Tom McCarthy’s latest visit to Kuwait. “We had so many people wanting to see Tom McCarthy that we had to place many of them on a waiting list”.
The seminar attracted a wide variety of participants, including many of Kuwait’s leading business people and representatives of major corporations.
During the seminar, Tom McCarthy shared the techniques of achieving better leadership. “It’s always such a pleasure to come to Kuwait,” Tom McCarthy said. “People in the audience were really excited to learn new skills which they can apply to their professional and personal lives.”
The leadership seminar was part of a busy program for Tom McCarthy in Kuwait. His schedule began on Saturday with the first “Mental Diet for Success” seminar ever held outside of the United States and has continued with his popular “FIRE-UP Your Presentations” workshop.

Tom McCarthy will also be returning to Kuwait in May to be part “Intensive Leadership” workshop, a high-powered five day program with international experts Brian Tracy and Raleigh Pinskey.
