Flowers Center and Hatta, Creek Entry and Coastal Berth open for 24 hours

centers during the holy month of Ramadan to ensure clearance of goods whether for individuals or companies at convenient timings. The headquarters shall be open from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday.

The Customs centers at Dubai Flowers Center, Hatta Customs Center, Coastal Berth and Creek Entry will be open 24/7 throughout the holy month of Ramadan. As for Jebel Ali & Tecom, Dubai Logistics, Port Rashid, Ducamz, Dry Port, Dubai Textile City and Customs Declaration Clearance Section at the Customs Declaration Department will work from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The Gold and Multi-Commodities Center will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and the Post, Airport and Free Zone and Silicon centers will work from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Al Hameriya Center will work from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Al Khour Center will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 in the afternoon on Saturdays. Al Khour Marine Operations will work from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 in the afternoon on Saturdays.

The Contact Center (80080080) which receives customers' enquiries about customs transactions will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 in the afternoon on Saturdays.

Mr. Ahmed Mahboob Musabih, Executive Director of Client Management Division at Dubai Customs said that Dubai Customs is keen on providing continuous goods clearance services during Ramadan to meet the clients' needs and requirements and inline with the Department's vision and strategic objectives related to providing value-added customs services in order to support the economy and trade business and meet the clients' needs and requirements in general.
