ALBAWABA - At least one was killed and five others were injured in an explosion that rocked an elite residential complex in northwestern Moscow, RT reported on Monday.
The Shot Telegram channel revealed that the explosion occurred in a building at the Scarlet Sails residential cluster which resides on the banks of the Moscow River. Police and special teams were dispatched immediately to the location.
Baza reported that the explosion rocked a hallway near the elevators. Videos showing broken walls were posted online.
