Emirates NBD wins Arabian business achievement award 2008 for best retail bank of the year
Emirates NBD, the largest banking group in the region in terms of assets, has been awarded the prestigious Arabian Business Achievement Award for Best Retail Bank in the UAE for the year 2008. The award recognized Emirates NBD as an outstanding player in the retail financial services industry. Suvo Sarkar, Executive VP & General Manager, Retail Banking and Saif Al Mansoori, Head of Marketing Consumer Banking and Wealth Management received the award on behalf of Emirates NBD in a special ceremony held at Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah.
Now in its ninth year, The Arabian Business Achievement Awards have become the most prestigious regional business awards on the calendar, as it continues to be the most awaited event held every year in different parts of the Arab World. This award is considered a benchmark to recognize the very best in business achievements, both on a corporate and individual level.
