Egypt's Presidential Political Advisor, Osama al-Baz, denied reports that there are disputes among Arab leaders regarding the summit expected to be held on October 21st-22nd, reported Kuwait News Agency.
Al-Baz said that Arabs leaders would not fail to reach an agreement on core issue of Palestine, which has witnessed violent clashes with Israeli army.
The official added that "Egypt is continuing its preparations for hosting the Arab summit," said the agency.
"President Hosni Mubarak made a number of telephone calls to coordinate the event," he added.
Mubarak called for an urgent Arab summit early October to discuss the violent confrontations in Palestinian lands, which claimed the lives of about 100 and left thousands injured - Albawaba.com
