ALBAWABA - Delegations from Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia resumed talks about the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) on Sunday.
According to Sky News Arabic, the Egyptian Minister of Water Resources said that his country aims to reach a binding legal agreement regarding the rules for filling and operating the Renaissance Dam.
