Dubai Media City has opened a one-stop shop for tenants where all their services can be processed and completed without the need to visit individual government departments, reported the Gulf News.
The facility is only for Dubai Media City business partners.
The unit promises to obtain residence visas in 48 hours and trade licenses in just two hours.
Services offered include issue of trade licenses, health cards and immigration services including residence and visit visas for business partners and dependents. The services also include traffic department procedures ranging from vehicle registration to the issue of driving licenses and payment of traffic fines.
