Dubai Construction Company (DCC), one of the region’s leading international construction companies headquartered in Dubai, has recently signed an agreement with Jordan Kuwait Bank.
According to the agreement, the Jordan Kuwait Bank will provide financing facilities to potential buyers of units at the DCC led projects in Al Abdali’s epicentre. The agreement was signed by Wissam Otaky, Jordan Area Manager of DCC and Mohammad Yaser Al Asmar, the General Manager of Jordan Kuwait Bank.

“We aim through our developments, Vertex Tower and Residences and Commerce One, to introduce the Jordanian public to the zenith of an exquisite living environment. At the same time, we also strive to enable Jordanian businessmen to boost their prestigious corporate image by locating their offices in one of the region’s most architecturally significant office buildings”, stated Otaky.

“We take pride in our collaboration with Jordan Kuwait Bank; for the base of any successful accomplishment is a reliable partnership. Jordan Kuwait Bank’s superior level of professionalism and wide expertise ensure that this partnership will help DCC achieve excellent results as well as provide investment options for our customers”, added Otaky.

“We are pleased to offer our clients a wide variety of financing prospects and alternatives. This will not only satisfy and encourage investment opportunities for our clients, but will also drive further investment and growth to the national economy”, said Al Asmar.

Constructed at an investment cost of JD90 million and covering a built up area of 66,000 m2, Vertex Tower and Residences will present one of the finest selections of residences available in the Kingdom. Vertex Tower and Residence’s originality is represented in its unique architecture designed by Claudio Nardi, an eminent giant in the world of modern architecture. The project’s optimum location within the Abdali project along with the rich variety of amenities and leisure facilities offered to residents will help the project stand out as a rare jewel in an exquisite setting.

Commerce One, DCC’s JD14 million commercial property, will cover a built up area of 14,500 m2. The six storey office building will accommodate over 30 of Jordan’s most elite offices and seven superior retail outlets. Also designed by the leading Italian architect Claudio Nardi, and supplied with world class amenities, Commerce One is equipped for success.

Providing clients with alternative financing opportunities and supporting emerging venture interests for individual ownership in colossal real estate developments is solid proof of Jordan Kuwait Bank’s commitment to providing a wide range of financial solutions.

This agreement comes in line with DCC’s efforts to providing their clients with a turn-key service in buying a property. Taking the initiative in providing clients with facilitated financial services from a prestigious high profile bank falls within DCC’s promise of raising the bar in quality of real estate services.

Jordan Kuwait Bank strives to provide its clients with the highest level of quality banking and financial services. Seeking opportunities to act as a liaison and collaborating with large international corporations performing major projects in the Kingdom is a testament to the bank’s commitment to playing a significant role in economic growth.

“Jordan is approaching a new and promising investment era. A combination of a safe environment and a general atmosphere of trust and cooperation will help create countless investment opportunities. At Jordan Kuwait Bank, we concentrate on productive promising sectors that are guaranteed to generate added value and help our national economy flourish. Financing DCC led developments will with out a doubt help us achieve our mission”, commented Al Asmar.
